Mushroom and Dashi Rice

Flavored rice cooked using the ricecooker.

Ingredients

  • 2 rice-cups of rice
  • Shiitake or shimeji mushrooms
  • 1 carrot
  • Deep fried tofu skin
  • Dashi, 1 cup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

  1. Wash the rice
  2. Slice the mushrooms and tofu skin
  3. Julienne the carrot
  4. Combine all ingredients and mix them
  5. The liquid in the ricecooker usually comes to the 3 line
  6. Start the ricecooker
