Flavored rice cooked using the ricecooker.
Ingredients
- 2 rice-cups of rice
- Shiitake or shimeji mushrooms
- 1 carrot
- Deep fried tofu skin
- Dashi, 1 cup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
- Wash the rice
- Slice the mushrooms and tofu skin
- Julienne the carrot
- Combine all ingredients and mix them
- The liquid in the ricecooker usually comes to the 3 line
- Start the ricecooker
