Eggplant, Broccoli and Potato グラタン

Baked dish with vegetables topped with cheese.

Ingredients

  • Ground meat
  • 1 potato
  • 2-3 eggplants
  • Broccoli
  • Ketchup, 3 tbsp
  • Japanese Worcestershire sauce, 1.5 tbsp
  • Sugar, 1 tsp
  • Shredded cheese, mozzarella and/or cheddar
  • Flour

Directions

  1. Cut veggies in bite-sized pieces
  2. Boil the potatoes and broccoli separately
  3. Pan fry the eggplant until done, remove from pan
  4. Cook the ground meat
  5. Add flour to the pan and mix well
  6. Add the rest of the veggies and sauce
  7. Mix well and transfer to a pan
  8. Generously add cheese at the top
  9. Toast/bake until cheese is melted and serve
