Baked dish with vegetables topped with cheese.
Ingredients
- Ground meat
- 1 potato
- 2-3 eggplants
- Broccoli
- Ketchup, 3 tbsp
- Japanese Worcestershire sauce, 1.5 tbsp
- Sugar, 1 tsp
- Shredded cheese, mozzarella and/or cheddar
- Flour
Directions
- Cut veggies in bite-sized pieces
- Boil the potatoes and broccoli separately
- Pan fry the eggplant until done, remove from pan
- Cook the ground meat
- Add flour to the pan and mix well
- Add the rest of the veggies and sauce
- Mix well and transfer to a pan
- Generously add cheese at the top
- Toast/bake until cheese is melted and serve
