Instead of mapo tofu, it's mapo nasu.
Ingredients
- Ground pork
- Eggplant, 1
- Green onion
- Sake, 3 tbsp
- Mirin, 1 tbsp
- Sugar, 1/2 tsp
- Salt, 1/2 tsp
- Soy sauce, 2 tbsp
- Katsuobushi
Directions
- Cut green onions, separate into white and green parts
- Cut eggplant into bite-sized pieces
- In a bowl, mix sake, mirin, sugar, salt, soy sauce, katsuobushi
- Pan fry eggplant until golden, set aside
- Cook white parts of green onion
- Cook ground pork
- Add in the premixed sauce
- Add in eggplant
- Top with green onions
