Gobo is a superfood that I certainly don't use enough.
Ingredients
- Gobo, 1 or 2 sticks
- Onion
- Butter
- Dashi, 200ml
- Milk, 200ml
Directions
- Slice gobo thinly
- Slice onions
- In a pot, add butter and stiry fry onions and gobo
- Add dashi and cook until the gobo gets soft, which can take a good while
- Use a hand blender to blend everything in the pot
- Add milk
- Serve
