Serve with shiso furikake.
Ingredients
- Chicken meat
- Onion
- Leafy veggie
- Tofu
- Eggs, 2-4
- Katsuo dashi
- 300 ml water
Directions
- Cook onion in a soup pot
- Add in and cook chicken
- Add water and dashi (I used Hondashi)
- Add in tofu
- Let the soup boil
- Add in leafy greens
- Add in beaten eggs, close the lid for ~3 minutes
- Serve
