Oyako Tofu with Rice

Serve with shiso furikake.

Ingredients

  • Chicken meat
  • Onion
  • Leafy veggie
  • Tofu
  • Eggs, 2-4
  • Katsuo dashi
  • 300 ml water

Directions

  1. Cook onion in a soup pot
  2. Add in and cook chicken
  3. Add water and dashi (I used Hondashi)
  4. Add in tofu
  5. Let the soup boil
  6. Add in leafy greens
  7. Add in beaten eggs, close the lid for ~3 minutes
  8. Serve
